In a unique move, Virgil paid tribute to Vince McMahon on his 76th birthday by heading to Hollywood.
Former Million Dollar Champion Virgil set up a merchandise table right in front of the WWE Chairman’s star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
Posting the picture on his Instagram page, Virgil wished his “second favourite Vincent” a happy birthday.
Happiest bday to my 2nd fave Vincent aka Vincenzo aka the Gorgonzola Godfather to my unborn children aka the All Mighty Appetizer to my Beef. Today’s hustle will be dedicated to you. My only wish for your bday is for you to get my video game #meatsaucemadness and stuff yourself with the most gourmet OG in the game. Sending love from the man with the biggest breadstick in the back to the man with the biggest meatballs. Love ya
Virgil entered WWE in the late 80’s as Ted DiBiase’s butler, doing The Million Dollar Man’s bidding to find out everyone’s price. Whilst this meant DiBiase didn’t get his hands dirty, it did lead to an inevitable confrontation between the two and Virgil winning the Million Dollar Championship. After losing the belt back to DiBiase, Virgil left the company in 1995.
Following his departure he spent time on the independent scene before heading to WCW, where he became the nWo’s Head Of Security. In recent years he has become the subject of some ridicule for his merchandise table with no fans at it – although this is the first time he’s decided to try and sell his wares on the streets of Hollywood!
