It’s no real surprise following reports a few days ago that it would seem Don Callis’ time as an Executive Vice President in IMPACT Wrestling is over.
Given his on-screen role alongside ‘The Cleaner’ and current belt collector Kenny Omega, it is being noted that Callis has left his backstage role.
The report by Fightful Select says he is no longer an executive in any capacity for either IMPACT Wrestling or the company’s owners, Anthem Sports & Entertainment.
It is also claimed that both Callis and Omega were only presented for the first of the four most recent days of IMPACT Wrestling tapings, getting all their filming commitments dealt with in that time.
The talent Fightful spoke with claimed that remaining Vice President Scott D’Amore handled the responsibilities of the tapings well.
More as it gets revealed, however this is little surprise with Omega now appearing across so many platforms including AEW, IMPACT Wrestling and his title defence against Andrade for AAA.
