Former WWE star Justin Credible has discussed how he had to “babysit” Scott Hall during the infamous ‘Plane Ride From Hell’, which has been brought back in to focus with the latest series of Dark Side Of The Ring.

The flight in question took place in 2002 when WWE returned from an overseas tour, travelling from London back to the United States. Whilst there were many implications at the time (such as the release of Curt Hennig and Scott Hall, with the latter getting a lot of attention in the recent documentary alongside ‘The Nature Boy’ Ric Flair.

Justin Credible, who also appeared on the episode, has since spoken to the Legion Of RAW where he discussed having to look after Hall for the entire UK trip, not just the flight home in question.

I’m not gonna sugarcoat this ’cause I don’t care. I was literally babysitting Scott Hall the whole trip. I made sure we sat at the front of the plane. I put him on the window side. From the beginning, it was not that he was incapacitated. I was just like, ‘Nah, you stay here,’ ’cause I wanted to get a good night’s rest.

During the documentary, Credible recounted how he had to put Hall in a wheelchair to get him through customs, using the reasoning that he had “a condition” as to why he was not under his own steam.

There have been plenty of ramifications to come from the episode. Ric Flair has released a lengthy statement after he was accused of sexual harassment by one of the attendants on the flight.

Tommy Dreamer has also been suspended by IMPACT Wrestling, where he worked both on-screen and backstage, for his comments on the show. He has also released a statement following the ramifications of the episode.
