AEW’s latest pay-per-view event, Revolution 2021, takes place this evening in Jacksonville, Florida. Among the matches set for the show are two surprises: one is a ‘Hall Of Fame worthy’ debutant to be introduced by former Big Show, Paul Wight. The other is the final participant in the ‘Face Of The Revolution’ ladder match.
A recent post on Instagram may or may not have revealed one of those two mystery people.
Dalton Castle, a former Ring Of Honor World Champion and one of the top free agents currently on the independent scene, shared on social media a picture that indicates he is currently in Florida.
Now, Florida is a pretty big place, so he may not necessarily be within range of the PPV tonight. But the timing and cryptically-vague nature of the post are certainly intriguing.
Take this speculation with a pinch of salt for now – it is of course only a possibility. However, if we are to assume that Castle is indeed showing up at Revolution tonight, it’s not going to be as the ‘Hall Of Fame worthy’ debut. However a multi-man ladder match debut makes sense, much in the way of Brian Cage last May.
